Details
The Rainbow Medicine Healing Retreat is facilitated by EmpowR founder, Rae Carter. Rae has shared, taught, and held space for components of this retreat over the past several years, all drawing from how she successfully navigated a complicated health diagnosis that included cancer. This is the first time Rae is pulling together many different threads of her lifetime work with rainbow medicine to offer a full day retreat. The retreat is designed to hold space for a slow and gentle pace, shared learning among everyone who attends, and deep connection with self, community, and nature.
