WEDNESDAY, JUNE 21: Summer Solstice Circle
Celebrate the longest day of the year and spread the joy of your shine, gifts, and magic in community!
The Summer Solstice, also known as the Pagan holiday of Litha, is a time to rejoice in the presence of life.
This community circle will hold magical space for frolicking and sharing our hearts and medicines with each other as well as with the seen and unseen beings who make their home at Grandmother Cherry Sanctuary.
All ages and identities are welcome.
Come raise your frequency in community and co-create Magic with Grandmother Cherry Sanctuary!
Picnicking, sanctuary exploration, and relationship building begins at 4:00 pm and the circle will open at 6:00 pm. Group sharing and offerings will flow into song and merrymaking, concluding with a singing bowl and Yonder Pond frog and peeper sound bath.
Bring offerings for the altar, to share in circle, to gift to the land.
Please arrive anytime after 4:00 pm to connect with the land and each other. Please arrive NO LATER THAN 5:45 pm to park and settle in. Circle will open at 6:00 pm.
Please bring a picnic dinner/snacks as you feel called and a water bottle.
Circle will be on the grass by Yonder Pond. Please bring ground cover, pillows, a sheet and even a bug nut as well as bug spray for comfort and safety for twilight emergence.
We will gather outside at Grandmother Cherry Sanctuary, under the trees, in the mountains of Plainfield, Vermont. The space is partially accessible–please communicate any accessibility needs ahead of time so we can plan for accommodation. Learn more about the sanctuary vision which includes plans for how we can make the sanctuary more accessible. There is a friendly dog and cats on the premise who may participate at times.
Directions and additional information will be provided upon registration.
