EmpowR Events & Educational Programs
EmpowR Transformation event offerings and educational programs provide different types of opportunities to participate in and embody how we cocreate cultural conditions of equity, belonging, and collective liberation.
In person events and retreats are held at Grandmother Cherry Sanctuary in Plainfield, Vermont. Online programs are offered via Zoom.
You can also cocreate a customized retreat or offer one of our successfully piloted educational program for your team, group, or organization.

“The program wasn’t what I expected and also completely blew me away. I think I finally understand what it means to need community in anti-racist work. I appreciated the focus on embodiment and the evolving structure SO much—how powerful. I literally felt in my body what it was like to not seek approval and take accountability for my words and my thoughts and decide for myself what I thought about them. And I felt it get “easier” to do that over the course of the program. I’m still processing the whole thing but I know that was a really really powerful experience and I’m better for it.”
